This policy explains what information Advance Towing collects through this website and how it is used.

What we collect

When you submit a service request we receive what you enter: your name, phone number, optional email, vehicle details, pickup and drop-off locations, and notes. If you tap “use my location”, your device shares its GPS coordinates with the form only after you allow it. Photos you attach are sent with your request.

If you use the chat, we receive your name, phone number and messages. The website keeps the conversation for 30 days after your last message (for a business account, until the account is removed); our dispatchers keep chat messages with their other business records.

Business accounts hold the company name, contact name, email and phone number that we set up with you.

How we use it

• To dispatch a truck and contact you about your request.
• To send receipts or follow-ups about the service you requested.
• To keep basic business records.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Sharing

Requests and chat messages are delivered to our dispatch team through our dispatch software and email or messaging providers, and stored with a hosting provider. We share information with others only when needed to provide the service you asked for, or when required by law.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It sets a cookie only to keep your chat conversation open in your browser, or to keep a business account signed in.
