Terms of Service

By using this website you agree to these terms.

Service requests

Submitting the online form is a request, not a confirmed booking. A dispatcher will contact you to confirm availability, pricing and an arrival estimate before any service is performed. For emergencies, call (980) 529-5237.

Arrival estimates

Arrival times are estimates and can change with traffic, weather and call volume. We'll keep you updated.

Pricing and payment

Pricing is quoted by the dispatcher and depends on the service, distance, vehicle and conditions. Payment is due when service is complete unless a business account says otherwise.

Your safety

If you are in danger or anyone is injured, call 911 first. Stay in a safe location away from traffic while you wait.
